I am writing to tell you three important things. One, the change in climate will very negatively affect my country and the health of myself and my family. This December, we need to attain a worldwide agreement at the Summit in Copenhagen regarding world climate change.

Second, Costa Rica is committed to reducing carbon emissions to a neutral level by the year 2012. Today, I also commit to take action to reduce emissions. This is what I am going to do. I will_______plant trees_______________________. Also, I will______________save water________________.
